Clean, bright, medium layer. Beautiful cherry red color with garnet evolution. Intense. Barrel notes are very present. Sweet sensations, lightly toasted. Very well integrated with notes of slightly ripe fruits of the forest.
Pleasant in the mouth. The tannins are very well integrated, round. Medium finish marked by toasted barrels.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
